Karen Unsworth LLB/LP

Community Justice Lawyer . . . 

Karen is a graduate of the Flinders University Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice. She comes to the firm with a wealth of experience spending time with outstanding lawyers seeking social justice in the area of community legal centres. She also has valuable experience working under specialists in family law, criminal law, and civil law.

Karen has always had an interest in justice from a very early age, and is motivated by her feelings of obligation to "do what was right".

Her interests are not limited to a few areas of the law, Karen has had some significantly positive outcomes in areas such as traffic and civil matters. Through her many life experiences has become a become a person who can work hard, but also see the funny side and have a laugh. She always strives for a good outcome and that's what really matters to her more than anything else.

Karen is based in South Australia and will be predominantly working on SA matters.

Outside of the law, her  interests include getting outdoors with her 'moodle' dog, and catching up with friends and family as well as keeping up to date with what's going on around the world and in Australia.
